Hi,
My H1B visa is expired and extension has been applied on Aug 2015. I have valid I797 till 31st Dec 2015. Planning to travel India in December and come back by 31st Dec.
Below are my concern:-
As I need to go for stamping In India will there be any issue at US consulate (assuming my new extension will not be approved by that time) ?
Also will I be able to enter USA with visa few days left to expire ?
