I have a valid H1B, Can my husband hold both H4 and C1D at sametime?
Hi Friends,
I have a valid H1B, now planning to apply H4 for my husband.
My husband is a chief officer in ship and already have a valid C1D, Can he apply for H4 now?
If he get H4, will his C1D get cancel or he can hold both visa?
He requires both H4 (to stay with me in US) and C1D (to join his ship from US waterlines).
Please provide some suggestion or solution?
