Hello,
I have an approved petition valid until March 31 2016. (start date - Oct 1, 2014)
My employer has filed for an extension and the new petition is expected to have start and end date(s) as 31 March 2016 - 30 March 2019. And I plan to get the approval notice in the next few days.
I plan to travel to India after I receive the extension. In January 2016
I do not have a H1 Visa Stamp till now (not even for the old approval)
I have a couple of questions related to this:
1. When I fill up the details in the appointment scheduling website - they ask for Petition Start and end date. - What should I put there?
2. For stamping purposed - how do I ensure that I get a stamp and re-enter the US based on my extension?
Please advise... I need to start planning for my trip soon.
