Hi,
My wife went out of status as her H4 was not filed by employer. We applied I-539 for her NPT(nunc pro tunc) on November 10 and also received I-797C i.e. Notice of Action for receipt of the NPT Application on November 18. So the question is:
- Is my wife still out of status ?
- Is there a way to figure out the status of her application that can give an idea as to when the application will be processed ?
