As I understand it, after the H-1B "lottery" phase, the H-1B applications are sent to immigration officers for approval.
My question is: What percentage of the applications are approved by the immigration officers in that new phase? What percentage are rejected?
Are there any websites you can recommend that provide statistics on that phase of the process? (... not the lottery phase, just the approval phase...)
Thank you!
