Hi,
I got my H1B petition approved from Sep'2010 to Sep'2013 ( 3 years). I worked in USA with that H1B, from July'2011 to March'2014 ( Last 6 months in extended petition). After 1.5 Years, using same H1B extended petition, I come back again on Sep'2015. 2 more unused here is there with my H1B and I am out of USA for 1.6 years. In that given scenario, May I know, how my extension will be consider if I apply for H1B extension now?
