H1B Visa denied -Revocation notice
Hi,
I had returned back from US and then applied for a H1 transfer with a new employer. There was a denial from USCIS due to insufficient documentations from the new employer i.e., establishing the employee-employer relationships in the documents submitted for transfer.
We didn't respond to the denial notice issued by USCIS.
Can I file a new H1 transfer with another employer through cap exempt.
Can anyone guide me in this regard.
