Hi
Currently I am working with with Company A on H1B (valid till 2017) and my visa is in Transfer process to Company B.Current status is Case received and the petition for this change of status was filed on November 2015. My questions are :
1.Can I move out of USA under this condition to my homeland for 1 month ?
2.If answer to #1 is Yes then what happens if I am in my homeland and visa status changes to RFE ?
Appreciate any help on this !!
