Applied for H1B for the year of 2015. H1B is approved. Due to pregnancy could not join the company. Employer has put me on vacation. I applied for H1B to H4 COS assuming I may not be able to work for few months. Right now I am in a position(willing to work) to work and H1B is valid because employer has put me on vacation. Can you please recommend whats the best approach that I could follow.
Note: H1B to H4 application COS status is still pending. Its been 2 months that I applied.
