H1B Cap Exempt
I have been having an H1B petition from 2010 that has expired once in 2011 and is going to again expire in July this year. I have never been stamped for/or utilized the H1B as of now. I want to understand if after expiry in July 2016 can I again initiate an H1B Cap Exempt using the same H1B petition?
