Hi,
My H1B petition from employer A got approved just a month ago. Employer A is not interested in finding a job for my skill set as they work on a different skill set. I want to work through my current employer B, who has relevant jobs for me.
Which is the best method to be able to work with employer B in US? Can I transfer it, by applying as Cap Exempt through employer B, before I go for stamping. or is it best to go for stamping and then transfer it in India?
If I apply as Cap exempt through employer B, how much time it will take generally?
Is it possible to transfer H1b from India? How much time it will take generally?
