Info regarding H4 visa for 3months period
Hi Friends,
I have a question regarding H4-visa
My wife is going to appear in chennai counslate in april for H4 visa. and my current H1 visa is going to expire in july'2006. my employer already applied for the renewal. Do I have to send any additional documents for my wife if I wont get any approval for the renewal. do they give visa for 3 months period?
please let me know, if anyone face this situation.
