Hi There,
Due to my out of status I came back to India and applied for Counselor processing thorough premium processing. Though I have submitted all the documents including employer-employee relationship specific to Client letter initially during counselor processing, surprisingly I got RFE asking for the same client letter to provide again and existing employer-employee relationship.
My dear forum members Please share your thoughts If any one has experienced the same situation and how many days it will take for the USCIS to respond from the day we submitted all the documents again. Since I applied in premium processing initially and when we respond to the RFE, is USCIS will consider it as a premium when we respond to the query?
