I was working in location A for employer X and there was one amendment filed for that location because of the new rules in June, 15. I got the case number for that amendment only. Now i have to move soon to location B for same employer X for a new project and my company is filing for a 2nd amendment for location B . Suppose I get the amendment case number for 2nd amendment and my first amendment is also not complete, can i go back to India for a vacation in May,16 after getting the second amendment's case number? I still have my stamped visa till Sept, 16.
