Hi All,
I had my H1-B interview in Mumbai and got 221(white slip) and asked me to submit the documents. Today only I have received and email that I can submit my passport.
My Petition will get expired in September and I have moved to New Zealand for couple of months. So, I have following questions:
1. Can I submit my passport for stamping in New Zealand's US consulate?
2. If not, I might not be able to go India before August and get my visa stamped, hence won't be traveling to US. In that case, Is it possible to file for petition extension ?
3. If I get my Visa stamped in August, and I don't travel to US then how can I get my visa extended without traveling to US?
