My (H1) visa and my wife (H4) visa are expiring in Aug 25 2016. I get 1-94 approved till July 2018.
We are currently in USA and my wife and son is planning to visit india in May 2016 and will back on 24th July 2016.
I want to know that
1. if they still need to get visa stamped from the US Consulate in Delhi?
2. If Yes, Do I need to accompany them and Will they give the visa to my dependents as my VISA is expiring soon (i.e 30 days from the travel back)?
