Hi,
My Perm labor has been approved and going to apply for I-140 under premium processing.
1. Can I change the employer as soon as I-140 is approved ? what if my employer withdraw/revoke the i140 ? Will it effect my Priority date ? if not why is it recommended to stay for 180 days after i-140 approval ?
2. After i-140 approval - What happens if I change the employer after getting H4-ead for my wife ? would H4-Ead be retained even if my old employer revoke/withdraw ? How this change of employers effect h4-ead status ?
It would be of great help if anyone can enlighten me.
