Yes your case is very typical, I have seen many guys at the consulate with the same problem as yours.
Now the earlier denials make not immpression on your current paperwork. So dont worry cuz My colleage had L1 and B1 rejection but got through for H1.
So as I said Patience is the key....just cool your heels. Take this time as the long holiday and enjoy....dont think about the consulate and visa and disturb your PRESENT. Since you do not have anything in your hand now, it is consulate that has to work.
