Hi All,
I have an approved H1B and am working on a EVC model here in NY. My client, vendor and employer are all based in the tri-state area. I have an approved I140 and have been in the US for 8 years. This will be my 4th stamping. For my last stamping I went to Canada and had no issues whatsoever. I have letters from client and vendors available.
I was wondering if anyone here have experience with getting stamping done in Costa Rica? Or if any of you have recommendations on the subject? I am a little nervous as I could not find much info on this anywhere. Could someone please suggest? Appreciate your help!
