Here is my scenario.
Working in a Company A as FTE and got FTE in company B. H1B transfer was approved, but had to stay back with company A itself due to some reason.
company B revoked my new H1 as I did not join them.
In 2 months, company A position went bad and when I approached (only then I realized that their HR dept revoked my earlier H1) company B back again, they are ready to take me again.
I am still waiting to hear from their immigration department, but what they have to do to re-enable the revoked H1 transfer? Is it still a fresh H1B transfer or can they do something quick to re-enable the revoked H1 such as ammendment, etc?
BTW, I am going back to exact same position in company B which I am supposed to go 2-3 months back.
