Need Immediate Help on H1B Visa transfer

I'm on H1B working for consultancy on full time basis and gets paid on 4th of every month. I was on bench in march and joining new project on April 4th. My current employer did not run payroll for march to show case it as unpaid vacation. For April month, i have n't received salary till date.

Now i got new full time opportunity. for H1B transfer they are asking latest 3 months payslips. for last 2 months payslips, my employer is asking me to provide leave letter as proof for march, and for April he is planning to give company letter stating salary payment will be made on may 28th for april.

Please let me know if I can send these 2 documents as valid proofs for visa transfer ? what options are available for me to make smooth move to new company ?
