Hi All,
Need some urgent info.. I am currently in US on H1B visa with my dependents. Our current visa validity is till 30th May 2016. My company filed an extension for me through premium processing and it got approved last week for another 3 years, however somehow they missed to file the extension for my dependents. Now that there is very little time left i want to know few thing:
1. Till what date they can stay in US and the extension can be filed? (Visa expiration: 30th May , I-94 validity: 10th June)
2. I suppose if the extension is filed before I-94 expiry they can stay in US for another 240 days from visa expiry date. Is my understanding correct?
3. Will it be the normal extension process for them ? (As my case was filed in premium)
