Hi All,
My H1B Visa & I-94 is expired on 10th Oct 2015. Applied for visa extension in July 2015, recently upgraded to Premium processing. There is an RFE posted and responded to USCIS, still application is progress. I am completing 240 days stay in US on 6th June 2016 after visa expiry date.
What is the process if i didn't heard anything from attorney by 6th June 2016. Can i stay in US or to leave and who will be informed in case to leave US?
