Hello,
I am with Employer A on H1 and I 140 approved with Employer A. I have transferred H1 to employer B based on I 140 of employer A. Got 3 years which is beyond the limit of 6 years. Employer A has revoked the I 140. Employer B agreed to file PERM after 6 months. But what to do if they refused to do it after i Join.
Can I transfer my H1 to employer C since the current H1 is valid for 3 years? or Should i have valid I140 to do the transfer?
