H1B Transfer taking long time - Premium Process
Hi All,
My new employer filed the transfer petition on May 12 and they received the petition by May 13th at Vermont processing center. It's premium processing. But it took 12 business days even to get receipt notice and I got it on May 31. Today is June 13, it's been one month since filed through PP; but still I didn't get the approval.
Any ideas why this takess long time or when I can expect it. Thanks.
