I was working on H1-B visa. I left USA in Oct 2013 and did not return back. I have settled down in my home country, India.
Since I don’t reside in USA anymore, am I still eligible for filing tax for year 2013 and get the tax refunded? Also, where can I find resources to file tax for year 2013.
