I am filing for H4 EAD for my wife.
Couple of documents that need to be submitted are Passport of H1, H4 and I-94 of H1, H4.
Related to passport
1) should i send the whole passport copy or Photo page, Visa Page , Address page will suffice
2) If i have 2 passports, old and new - should i be sending copies of both passports or latest will do.
Related to I-94
3) When we entered USA, I-94 was stamped till Oct'16. After that when i changed employer H1 and H4 got extended till Oct'18.
As part of that extension I have received a copy of I797, which at the bottom has I-94.
So should i be sending this I-94 which is the bottom copy of latest I-797 that shows till OCT'18
or should i download from the government website https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov , but this only shows till Oct'16
or should i send both
Any help is greatly appreciated.
