Hi, I have rescheduled my visa appointment 2 times. If I still want to continue monitoring for new dates & reschedule if an earlier date becomes available, what is the procedure? Can I pay the MRV fee once again & will that enable me to reschedule my appointment again? I want to make sure I do not need to file a DS160. Thanks!
