Hi All,
I am in a situation. My H1B petition from Company A approved last year and visa stamped early this year. Company A asked to hold the travels plans as they no more have that project. In the meantime, I approached another Company B, they applied for H1B transfer but after one RFE that petition got denied. Company B not responding to emails and not telling the reason of denial.
What are my options?
1. Shall I approach Company A and any how travel to US? I have few reservation in travelling to US with this company petition:
a) Since I delayed my travel, airport staff may ask the reason and possibly investigate the job, client, project, company, etc.
b) My I797B original was taken my consulate during interview and they never returned. They are saying they don't have it. Will airport staff ask for it?
c) Even if I reach US, they might put me on bench
2. Shall I keep waiting for Company B?
3. Shall I look for another Company C? In this case, my travel will be delayed further.
Please suggest me what should I do?
