I started working for company “B” with receipt number and after 8 month when I converted normal to Premium processing I got an RFE and Anyway attorney working on responding to RFE. Parallel I got an offer from company “C” (direct client). My i94 valid until another 8 Months when I came with company A.
Here are my questions:
Company C attorney saying if I get approval prior to Company B, then I have to leave country and re-enter because USCIS won’t provide I 94? Is it true?
1. When shall I ask company “C” to start h1 transfer?
a. After RFE gets clear or I can ask them to start now?
b. What if RFE doesn’t get clear, what should I do in that case? If wait , then till when?
2. Suppose company “B” and “C” both gets clear, “C” gets clear after “B”
a. Legally which one should I join?
