Hello Folks,
Please help me what are the possible ways to respond to my query on my H1B petition.
Currently my employer H1B extension directly without filling Amendment. USCIS raised an RFE requesting for evidence. I have joined a new project on August 03, 2016 and my current H1B expiring on Sept 9th 2016. Since H1B extension is up less than 60 days, my employer filed extension directly rather filling for Amendment.
Later i came to know that Amendment and H1B extension should have been filed together with new law.
Can you please help me, What are the ways to answer this query.
