    Hi,

    My wife was on...

    L2 for 5yrs
    H4 for 1yr

    Whiile on H4 (ie., 6th year), if we file H1.... will USCIS approve for beyond the 6th year?

    In otherwords.... L2 & H4 stay considered in the total stay when we file?
