Hello Everyone,
I got picked in H1B lottery this year and got a rfe letter on 815. We are a small accounting firm so we don't use attorneys when we apply H1B. RFE asks me to show speciality occupancy-a bachelor degree is needed in the position I applied. When I applied LCA, I put myself under "accounting, bookkeeping and auditing clerk" category. However, when my boss received the letter she thought that USCIS made a mistake of putting me into the wrong category and she replied that my job relates more to "auditor" category. Will I get denied? Is there any way to compensate for it? My boss said she would like to do everything to help me. We actually have LCA for the other category cause some people in our firm applied for that one as well. Also people under my category got approved as well this year.
Is there anybody that can help me? Would be greatly appreciated!
