H1B document lost 2 times (Original and duplicate)
Employer did not receive Original H1B document from USCIS. Applied for a duplicate copy (I-824), reached out to USCIS and they said they already mailed it, which went missing again. Employer received receipt notice (both original and I-824) but not I797A document. He says USCIS might be sending document to an incorrect address.
Its been a year and i dont have document yet.
Questions
1. Would it be possible USCIS sending receipt to one address and approved document to different address?
2. How to know the address USCIS is mailing to?
3. Please suggest next steps on how to get my document?
