I have my H1B transfer submitted and mostly i will get the receipt by Saturday or Monday. When is the best time ? I heard if i file exit on Monday, my last date after 2 weeks notice period will come on Friday. My new job will start on Monday again. My main concern is about the insurance. Will my insurance works for that weekend ? Is it good to submit my resignation as soon as the transfer documents reach the USICS? I do have the tracking number for that. Please help
