Wrong DS160 confirmation number in visa interview confirmation

Dear All,

Me and my wife is planning for a Vacation to India and my employer booked Visa Interview dates for me and my spouse (H1&H4) in January,2017.
But later, I realized that they mentioned wrong DS-160 confirmation number against my Spouse name in Visa interview confirmation letter.

Please let me know, How to change DS160 confirmation number in Visa Interview confirmation letter ?
