I am currently on h1b with i140 approved. I dont want to wait for 5/7 years for gc. So I am planning to go back to india. My employer is small company in usa. So if I resign and go back to india then does my visa will be cancelled or there will be some time where I can find employer in india who can take over my gc processing. While I am in india. I am asking if there is option. Because my visa is valid till sep 17. I am little confused about how tk go back and keep h1b
