So I work for a consulting firm A on an H1B, and recently completely a contract position. While I was on contract the firm A was paying me good amount $77/ hour (paid bi-weekly). But now that I am on bench until my next assignment, I am paid the LCA minimum of my H1B $30/hour (paid bi-weekly). I have recent 2 paystub/payslip with $30 rate and all before that were $77 .
Now if another company B wants to hire me and wants to transfer in my H1B. Is it risky to transfer H1 for any of the below cases?
1. If I present 3 paystubs one with $77 and other two with $30.
2. Wait until 3rd paystub of $30 and show 3 paystub of $30.
Will any of the above case yield an RFE or what would be the worst case I will have to go through?
