hi,
I have an appt at calcutta consulate for H1 B. I have my date of Birth entered wrongly on my DS-156 form, and now it is not letting me edit any of the columns 1-14 on the DS_156 form. Can i change my DOB manually on the paper, when i go for the interview? or does the consulate already have my application with them. PLease suggest something, as VFS is very unclear & not giving me proper advice. I'm sick of mailing the VFS.
Also does the name on the H-1 B petition have to match the passport exactly, coz i have my first and last names and middle initial only on the H-1B petition.
will this be a problem?
