While H1 Transter any impact to H4 EAD?

Good Morning All,

My Current H1B valid till Aug 2018 from Company A, my wife got H4 EAD same date Aug 2018. I got offer from Company B, If i have transfer my H1B to company B is there any impact to H4 EAD? If Yes what is the process?
