Hi,
My I 140 was recently approved, and now i am planning to apply for my spouse H4 EAD.
However, my existing H1B petition is expiring in Mar 2017. I am confused if i should get the H1 extended before apply for H4 EAD or can i do both together?
Is there any drawback or complexity doing both together? appreciate response and advise.
