I have below query on my H1 status :
US Entry Date Exit Date Visa
08/06/2012 03/30/2015 L1 B
04/01/2016 Present H1 B
1.On L1 B in US from August 2012 (08/06/2012) to March 2015 (03/30/2015)
2.In India from Apr 2015 to March 2016 (outside of US for one year)
3.On H1 B in US from April 2016 (04/01/2016) to till date (stamped till September 2018)
Does it reset my H1 B stay for a complete 6 years ? Or it will include the L1 B duration also in H1 B validity.
Appreciate your thoughts.
