2 quick questions:
1)When counting vacation days abroad for recapture time under an H1B : if I leave the country on October 11, 2016 (AM) and return October 14, 2016 (PM) - is this counted as 2 days abroad or 4 ? Essentially do you only count FULL 24 hour days that you are outside the country ? Or is it even done by time i.e. hours ?
2)I believe if you have a pending PERM, that I can file for a 1 year extension of my H1-B assuming that the petition was filed 365 days before my H1-B end date. Can this extension be filed at the same time when recapturing time abroad OR do I need to recover time abroad first and then apply for this extension?
