H1B RFE - Regular to Premium

Hi Guys,

Does USCIS updates the status from regular to PP. Below is the chain of events:

4-Aug-16: employer's attorney received RFE
9-Aug-16: RFE response sent
10-Aug-16: status changed to RFE response received.. then long wait for over 2 months and we decided to convert to PP.

20-Oct-16: USCIS received application to convert from general to premium processing.

But no progress since, check not en-cashed yet.

1. When will USCIS start the 15 days clock?
2. Do they updated the status to anything like RFE response ---> PP.
