Hi .i have one confusion on Work Experience
when my initial H1 B petition was filled by my current employer
i am having work experience 5 years(2 years old experience +3years with current employer )and spent 3 more years here ,now total i am having 8 years of experience ..
now i am planning to change employer so going for H1 Transfer . but i want to remove my old initial 2 years work experience
will it be an issue ? is USCIS will compare with my old petition work experience
