Changing the last name after getting the H4 visa once

I am working in the USA with an H1b visa. I got married last May back in my home country. After the marriage, my wife came to the US with me holding a H4 visa (issued for one year). After a couple of weeks, she went back to our home country to finish her education and she will be done by the end of July 2017. Then she will need a new H4 to come to the US as I have changed my job recently and her current H4 visa will expire anyway. She still uses her maiden name but thinking about taking my last name. My question is: if she changes her last name now, will there be any issue in the future in terms of getting the H4 visa?
