H1 B visa for Finance/Accounts field

Hello everyone ,

I am very new to this forum and for H1b visa .My field is Finance (Accounts and Business) i have over 10 years of international experience but not the USA experience
now i want to come USA to enhance my expertise.Does anyone could guide me about the job availability or scope of accounts/finance in USA on H1b visa.
