Hi,
This is starg. I am facing problem with my visas. I will explain in-details. Please help me.
I went to USA in NOV 2002 on H4 visa. I came back to India in NOV2005. Upto that I was on H4 visa. Before comming to india I applied my H1 visa in AUG2005. I received H1 papers in FEB2006. My problem started here.
I prepared resume & experience letter(previous experience in india) where I was worked, before filing my H1. But that Company was gone few years before. I knew that after filing my H1. Can you please help me how can I go for stamping on my H1. What documentation do I need.
Now I am in India. So do I get a job for stamping on H1. Can I go back to USA on H4 visa and reapply for my H1. Do INS people abject for my H1. Please help me out of all these typical problems.
