I came to USA on L1 which expired in July 2016, my company filed both L1 extension and H1B, luckily H1 is approved and L1 is in RFE status. But i did not receive i94 with my H1 approval package. do i need to travel and reenter USA to get i94 or is there a way to get i94 when I remain in USA?
