H1B Extension
Hi,
I am currently in US. My H1B expiring on March 17. I want to file extension for my H1B.
But have some queries,it would be great if you can help me out.
1. When I have to file extension as expiring date is 31 March 17.
2. How much time will it take to get extension once filed.
3. Can I go for premium process, whats your opinion. And how much will it charge.
4. My wife is in India. When can I call her in US. After extension or before extension.
